At K by Kanika, we prioritize the integrity and exclusivity of our designer wear. Due to the specialized production, custom fitting, and artisan nature of our collections, all sales are considered final.
1. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
All purchases made through K by Kanika are strictly final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for any of the following reasons:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product's fit (for items where customer measurements were provided).

Minor variations in color, weave, or finish.

Discrepancies arising from monitor settings or lighting conditions.
2. Exception for Manufacturing Defects
The only exception to our final sale policy is for a verified and genuine manufacturing defect.
2.1. Defect Claim Procedure: If you believe your item has arrived with a defect, you must adhere to the following strict requirements:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email.

Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect.

Mandatory Requirement: You must provide unboxing video evidence. This video must clearly show the package being opened for the very first time, without any cuts or edits, and immediately highlight the defect while the item is still in its original packaging condition. Claims without this mandatory unboxing video will not be processed.
2.2. Resolution: Items confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing defect will be considered for repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Defective items are not eligible for a refund.
